Welcome to dental-qm.com. dental-qm provides website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at dental-qm.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from dental-qm are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
dental-qm attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, dental-qm does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by dental-qm itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. With respect to items sold by dental-qm, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

By visiting dental-qm.com, you agree that the laws of the Federal Republik of Germany without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and dental-qm.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to dental-qm.com or to products or services sold or distributed by dental-qm in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds € 7,500 shall be adjudicated in the court of the cizy of Kiel, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
 
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to dental-qm.com. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide dental-qm.com the written information specified below. Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying dental-qm that your copyrighted material has been infringed.

• An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon; 
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site, including the auction ID number, if applicable; 
•  Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address; 
• A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; 
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Terms and Conditions

Each item in your order is sold by dental-qm. Those items for shipment to countries outside of the European Union (EU) may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize dental-qm to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item.

"Import Fees Deposit" represents an estimate of the Import Fees that will be levied on the items in your order for shipment to countries outside of the European Union (EU). By placing your order, you agree to allow dental-qm to collect the Import Fees Deposit for the applicable items in your order. This deposit will be used, on your behalf, to reimburse the Designated Carriers for the import fees that they have paid on your behalf to the appropriate authorities of the destination country.

You further agree that the Designated Carriers may disclose to dental-qm the amount of actual Import Fees levied on the item you have purchased from dental-qm ("Actual Import Fees"). In the event that the Import Fees Deposit exceeds the Actual Import Fees, dental-qm will refund the difference to you.

In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Conditions of Use of the dental-qm.com website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the European Union (EU).

LIMITATIONS
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from dental-qm, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Privacy Notice

dental-qm knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting dental-qm.com, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

What personal information about customers does dental-qm gather?
Here are the types of information we gather:

Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our stores, and communicating with you.

Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources for example partners who work with our products, recommend or sell them.We these information to our account information.

Does dental-qm share the information it receives?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries dental-qm controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.

Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. Promotional Offers: Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of dental-qm customers on behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address. What happens with the creditcard informations?

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

What about links to other websites?

Our site includes links to other Web sites. We do not provide any personally identifiable customer information to these third-party Web sites.

These third-party Web sites working on their behalf. They may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (also known as action tags or single-pixel gifs), and other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads. We do not have access to or control over cookies or other features that they may use, and the information practices of these third-party Web sites are not covered by this Privacy Notice. Are children allowed to use dental-qm.com?

dental-qm does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use dental-qm.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
