QM Manual 9001 on the basis of ISO 9001:2008 (QMM)
The Quality Management Manual 9001 dental (QMM) was developed especially for dental practices by dentist Dr. Lenz and Dipl.-Kffr., Dipl.-Hdl. Kirsten Schwinn (business economist).
It is written in easy to understand fashion and customisable to the individual need of each practice. The QMM 9001 dental consists of a file folder as a loose leaf collection and a CD-ROM with all data.
These data are fully compatible with Microsoft Office starting with the version 97 and with OpenOffice.org. However with Open Office.org there are some restrictions like i.e. using field functions.
The Quality Manual dental 9001 fulfills all requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Due to the specifically developed assembly of data for dental practices (see “Villa QMM”) unnecessary repetitions are being eliminated and easy understanding promoted. The Quality Manual is already in use in more than 600 dental practices.
Precondition for changing files according to personal needs is Microsoft® Word starting with Version97 or OpenOffice®.org , as well as for flowcharts Microsoft® Excel. To simply view the diagrams the free Microsoft® Word Viewer suffices.
