    The concepts of dental-qm have been developed for daily business in a dental practice.  The goal is always to increase contentment of the practice team and customer satisfaction, as well as optimising practice success by reaching practice goals.

    • course of studies: business administration and diploma in economics teaching at the Universities of Hamburg and Kiel, Germany, with focal point on “organisation” and “innovation management”
    • DGQ-authorized quality agent and internal auditor
    • member of research group TQM Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, EFQM-Assesor
    • 2000 development of “dental-qm professional” concept, the efficiency thereof scientifically being verified by the Academy of Applied Sciences Hamburg, Germany, in the year 2005
    • 2002-2007 co-operation partner of DAMPSOFT and supplyer of ideas for the software DS-WIN-QM
    • 2004 foundation of the social project “Damian 50/10”
    • 2006 development of “MPG fit”
    • 2007 development of the concept “dental-qm light”

    Dr. Rudolf Lenz
    dentist

    • born in 1967
    • 1993 academic studies of dentistry in Würzburg, Germany, honor achievement
    • until 2003 head of department I4 - dental appraisal and treatment - at the Marine Institute in Kiel, Germany, introduction of quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 until certification of dental practice in 2002
    • course instructor in seminars and lectures for doctors and dentists
    • until 2007 dentist in a group practice in Kiel, Germany
    • since 2007 clinica marident
    • EFQM-Assessor for the Quality Prize Schleswig-Holstein, Germany   author of professional articles
    • international leading auditor - awarding certification to practices according to ISO 9001:2008 in the name of various certifying companies

    We regularly publish professional articles in German professional journals.

     

    Professional articles in the practice manual of “Freier Verband Deutscher Zahnärzte e.V.” (FVDZ: Free Association of German Dentists - registered association)

    May 2010 an 18-page introduction on the topic of quality management of dental-qm has been published in the practice manual of FVDZ.

    In this professional article we give an overview of all questions concerning QM.  An excerpt of the following topics is being covered:
